At Plantify Garden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your greenery. If your plants or garden accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring live plants are secured and hydrated to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our nursery team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
